Our Clinic has partnered with Healtheon to offer additional administrative support and online tools through a Patient Portal, aiming to improve communication and expand ways for patients to reach the clinic.

The partnership introduces tiered Wellness Plans

Starter Plan (Free): Provides basic access to the patient portal
Basic Wellness Plan ($24.99/month): Covers most uninsured services and unlocks additional features such as: Ticketing system for clinic communication, Online appointment booking, and Prescription refill requests
Essential Wellness Plan ($44.99/month): Includes all Basic Wellness Plan features plus access to Healtheon’s global network of specialists for Expert Second Opinion and Virtual Case Review

Although joining the Healtheon portal is completely optional, many patients find it helpful for accessing our clinic communication and billing tools. Please register for your free account for immediate access to your patient portal.

The paid plans are not required, but we highly recommend you choose the plan best suited for you. You may upgrade your plan at anytime by logging into your patient portal and choosing a plan to access more online tools and benefits.

Uninsured Services

The Ministry of Health does not pay for some medical and non-medical services which you may require. In keeping with the recommendations of the Medical Association, the following fee guidelines will be used by doctors working at this centre. Please note that each doctor reserves the right to charge a fee that is different than the recommended fees listed. Patients will be charged for individual medical and non-medical services not covered by the Ministry of Health.

The Premium Patient Bundle offers patients access to RCM Health Consultancy’s extensive network of healthcare specialists and professionals around the globe from world-class medical centres like John Hopkins Hospital, Harvard, and many more.

The second opinion is available for patients with any of the following conditions:

Heart attack
Stroke
Cancer
Auto-Immune Disease
Endocrine Syndromes

(Addison’s disease, Cushing’s Syndrome, Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism, and unstable diabetes)

*Note: If the patient has had these problem within 12 months of purchasing the Premium Bundle, then the virtual case review service is not available to that client.

Healtheon Virtual Case Review

For patients facing more complex challenges and require a second opinion pathology or radiology review. The premium plus bundle offers:

Case conference with the family doctor, the treating team, the individual of concern, the family and the team at RCM Health Consultancy.
Provided a medical research report outlining new advances in the treatment of the condition, a report outlining the leading authorities using new advances in treating the condition, and sessions with RCM Health’s team to explain the new advances and the benefits of those new advances.
RCM Health will direct the client and family to the centres of excellence providing these advanced treatments, submitting referrals and providing advocacy services to re-integrate the patient into a treating team in their home province if necessary.
